• Sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic material.
• Malware, exploits, or instructions for harming systems, devices, or people.

• Impersonation of real individuals, brands, or organizations without authorization.
• Misinformation, disinformation, or manipulated media intended to deceive.
• Political campaign content or voter manipulation where prohibited by law or platform terms.

4. Responsible Use of AI Outputs

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before using it in your business, sharing it publicly, or making decisions based on it.

• Fact-check claims, statistics, names, dates, and citations.
• Ensure outputs comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, and industry rules.
• Disclose AI assistance where required by law, contract, or platform rules.
• Not represent AI-generated content as human-created where such disclosure is required or expected.
• Edit outputs for accuracy, tone, brand voice, and factual correctness before publishing.

5. Your Content and Rights

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By submitting prompts or inputs to AI tools, you grant us and our AI processing providers a limited license to process, display, store, and transmit that content solely to provide the AI features to you.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the prompts and materials you submit, and that their use will not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Data Handling

Prompts and AI conversations are processed by AI providers under their terms and our contractual protections. We do not use AI conversations to build public marketing profiles or sell personal data.

AI providers may retain, process, or handle data in accordance with their own policies and applicable law. We recommend avoiding the submission of confidential or sensitive information to AI tools.

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may review AI use and generated content for compliance with this policy and our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, suspension of AI features, account suspension, or termination.
