1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice to our designated agent.
2. Takedown Notice Requirements
To be effective, your notice must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our platform.
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and its former location.
- Your contact information.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where your service provider is located if outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or are subject to multiple valid takedown notices.
6. False Claims
Misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notification can result in liability. Please ensure your submission is accurate and complete.
