1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

2. Takedown Notice Requirements

To be effective, your notice must include the following:

• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our platform.

4. Counter-Notification

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where your service provider is located if outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or are subject to multiple valid takedown notices.

6. False Claims

Misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notification can result in liability. Please ensure your submission is accurate and complete.
