IDEAL OS TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. is the legal entity responsible for the MeMarketing software platform, including the website, mobile application, courses, and all related subscription services.

What MeMarketing Is

MeMarketing is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that gives small businesses and marketing teams one workspace for:

The platform does not provide advertising management, social-media management, SEO services, website development, marketing consulting, telemarketing, outsourced marketing services, or automated social-media engagement.

Merchant of Record

Payments for MeMarketing subscriptions are processed by Stripe. For eligible transactions Stripe acts as Merchant of Record, handling tax calculation, collection and remittance, payment disputes, and transaction-level billing support.

Governing Law

These legal pages and your use of the platform are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All videos, courses, templates, graphics, logos, software, curriculum, marketing frameworks, and other materials on the platform are owned or licensed by IDEAL OS TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-generated content remains the property of the user, subject to the limited license granted to us to host and process it as described in our Terms of Service.
